One of our Authentication servers is down. If you need immediate access call technical support @ 354-3992. Have your User name & password handy and we will add you to our Back-up Authentication server. The primary server should be back up and running within an hour. -Started 4:51PM EST

Our Provider, Espire, had network problems that caused our main phone trunks to go down from 2:30pm - 2:50pm, approximately 20 minutes.
