Since CyberXpress suggest using Outlook Express with Internet Explorer for E-mail, go ahead and make sure that E-mail is set for "Outlook Express" and that Newsgroups is set for "Outlook Express". This should have "done it"! Go ahead and click on "OK".

That's it!! Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 should now be configured. Whenever you go to open up the Browser (Internet Explorer) or E-mail program (Outlook Express), if you're not already connected, Microsoft should use your Dial-Up Networking connection to dial CyberXpress.
